Hearings for two men accused in the killing of a Fruitvale man have been delayed until next month. Christopher Weiberg and Barrington Paris are accused of shooting Thomas Joe Martinez on October 25th.
Paris' attorney, Tony Link, asked Judge Brian Glynn to delay any further hearings because documents related to the case just arrived.
The continuance was also requested because Paris has only one attorney and more are needed in a case as serious as this.
Judge Flynn moved the next hearing to December 7th at 8:30 a.m.
