Yesterday, while the search and rescue for a missing man was in full force, a body of a different man was found. It was found between the Gunnison River and the old landfill. The man has been identified as 33 year old Brian William Martin of Grand Junction. An autopsy conducted has determined that Martin died of hypothermia and injuries that would have been sustained from a fall. The coroner has ruled that there were no signs of suspicious or criminal activity, and the belief is that the death was purely accidental. Investigators are still waiting for further results from the coroners office to determine if drugs or alcohol were a factor in Martin's death.
