A school teacher from Mesa County makes a court appearance today.
Tammie Reed is accused of possessing methamphetamine and marijuana. The drugs were found by Mesa County Sheriff Investigators during a search of her home last October. Reed was supposed to enter a plea today, but the court is still waiting for the alledged methampetamine and marijuana found at her home to be tested by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. She is expected to enter a plea later this month. Reed is currently on paid administrative leave from her job as a first grade teacher at Lincoln Orchard Mesa Elementary School.
