Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Janice Ward announced her bid for re–election Thursday. In front of fellow republicans, her family, and friends, Ward says she's seeking a second term as one of the county's top elected administrators. As Clerk and Recorder, Ward's job for the last three years has been to administer the recording, motor vehicle, clerk to the board, and elections divisions in Mesa County. Of her time in office, Janice says she is most proud of the work she's done to streamline the recording process. At this time Janice Ward is unchallenged in her bid for re–election.
