Long time Mesa County Archivist and Librarian Judy Prosser-Armstrong has died. Prosser-Armstrong died Friday night after having a seizure Monday. She was 51-years-old. Prosser-Armstrong worked at the Lloyd Files Research Library at the Museum of the West for 25 years. She is known for her work with the Mesa County Genealogical Society, Historical Society, Daughters of the American Revolution and Territorial Daughters. Prosser-Armstrong also built the museum's web site on local history. A memorial service for Prosser-Armstrong will be held at 11 am, Monday at St. Matthews Episcopal church in Grand Junction.
