Chase Suspect Arrested Today

A man who led Mesa County Deputies on a foot chase yesterday is arrested today. While authorities attempted to arrest Ronnie Rose yesterday on outstanding warrants, he took off near the Racket Club apartments and went through the back door of a day care. The event caused two nearby schools to be temporarily locked down. Today, officials arrested Rose in the area of 4th and Belford. He attempted to escape again before finally surrendering. Rose now faces charges on three outstanding warrants, second degree burglary and resisting arrest.
