Winery Bill Passes Finance Committee

A bill that would help promote Colorado's Wine industry moves forward today in Denver at the legislature. State Representative Bernie Buescher from Grand Junction introduced House Bill 1120, which would allow Colorado wineries to ship wine directly to customers. The bill would also allow in-state wine consumers to buy bottles from other states. The bill is now headed to the house floor for a second reading and vote.
