Three people accused of murdering a 44 year old Grand Junction man
were in court today. Eric Snyder, Betrina Aguayo, and Gary Ortiz were in Judge Bottger's court this morning to set a date to enter their pleas. The three face several charges in conjunction with the death of Lindsay Little, who was shot in the head in front of his home. Little did survive the gun injury, but died soon after from complications. All three will return to court next month.
