Stab Victim Identified

Officers with the Grand Junction Police Department have identified the stab victim as 25–year–old Timber John Wolfe. A little before 8:30 Monday night officers with the Grand Junction Police Department responded here to 1360 North 22nd Street on a report of a fight. When they arrived they found a man had been stabbed and was already on his way to St. Mary's Hospital. Police say 25–year–old Timber John wolfe was stabbed in the back of his leg during a fight. According to to the coroner Wolfe bled to death at the hospital about 20 minutes later because the stabbing severed major blood vessels in his leg. Police aren't saying what Wolfe was stabbed with and they are continuing to investigate the series of events that led up to his death. So far no arrests have been made in connection with Wolfe's death.
