The public is invited to a meeting about the Coal Creek Fire.
The community update will take place Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at Shirt-Tail Point; which is about two miles south from the top of Land's End Road on the Mesa rim above Kannah Creek.
There will be maps, photos and a discussion about the fire.

As of 7:00 a.m. the Coal Creek Fire had scorched around 1300 acres. Fire officials are monitoring the fire and say it could burn up until September.
