Owning a new home is a dream of a lifetime for most people,
but how about owning a brand new home for only a hundred dollars!
The Western Colorado Aids Project is teaming up with Mcgleesin Construction to make someone's dreams come true,
while helping people living with aids.
It's the Wanna Winna House fundraiser.
A brand new home in the Chatfield II subdivision on Breanna Marie Court would normally sell for $220,000, but one lucky person could win it by purchasing a $100 dollar raffle ticket.
Westcap is raffling off the beautiful house to raise money to deliver services to people who are living with HIV and aids.
Westcap plans on selling only 4,000 tickets, so the odds of winning the house are one in four thousand.
Raffle tickets go on sale Monday,
and they can be purchased at any Alpine bank location.
Tickets will also be sold at the home in the Chatfield II subdivision off 32 and D 1/2 road any Sunday from 1 to 4 PM.
The winner of the home will be announced May 6th.
