Anglers in the Grand Valley will have the chance to ask questions and voice their opinion tonight at an angler's roundtable in Grand Junction.
Anglers will get updates on various fishery projects happening on the western slope, including salmon projects at Blue Mesa Reservoir near Gunnison. Biologists will also talk about the controversial restoration of endangered species in the Colorado River basin.
Terry Franklin of the City of Grand Junction will also explain changes proposed in water management for the popular Purdy Mesa Reservoir fishing area, which is also a city water source.
The meeting begins at 7 tonight at the Ramada Inn on Horizon Drive in Grand Junction.
