Tax day is here and the postal service is making efforts to give all of the procrastinators a little extra time. The Foresight mailhandling annex will stay open until midnight Monday, to make sure that you are on time for uncle Sam. The IRS says that an estimated 10 percent of those who file by mail wait until the last day to send their taxes. Here's a few tips to ensure that your taxes get to the right place:
-Be sure to have the right amount of postage, 4 pages=1 ounce, 39 cents for first ounce, 24 cents for each additional ounce
-print your return address on the envelope
-if using a non IRS envelope, check for correct mailing address
