A seventeen month old female died Thursday morning in Clifton. Deputies received the 911 call around 11:55 a.m. The phone call was placed by one of the victim's siblings.
According to the Mesa County Sheriffs Office, deputies responded to a 911 call that a 17 month–old female infant was unconscious and not breathing.
When deputies arrived at the residence, 3210 Bunting Avenue, the baby was pronounced dead at the scene. The victims father, mother and uncle, along with three other siblings were at home during the time of the incident. It was one of the children that made the call for help..
