A woman is critically injured after a one car rollover accident near Paonia. The woman whose identity is not being released at this time was transported to St. Mary's Hospital via Care Flight.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the accident happened just after 1:30 Sunday afternoon. The woman was driving a Dodge Dakota on Samuel Wade Road just outside Paonia when she missed a turn in the road. Her truck rolled nearly three times ejecting her, she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. Officials believe inattentive driving may have caused the crash.
