Second Trial Starts For Grand Junction Man

A man charged with more than 50 counts starts his re - trial Monday. Kyle Bang's first trial was declared a mistrial because some of the jurors made negative comments about Bang's character.

Bang's second trial started Monday afternoon. The jury selection process was underway by 2 p.m. This time around, both sides want to make sure that the jury selection will be a very thorough process. Potential jurors were given surveys to determine if they had any relationship with Bang. A few potential jurors were already eliminated because they have a relationship with Bang The trial could potentially start Tuesday with testimony from witness's.

Bang was arrested last August in Arizona on a $100,000 warrant for burglary.
