The trial of the 21 year old man who is charged with more than 50 counts entered it's sixth day of testimony Monday.

The trial resumed at 1:30 p.m. with the prosecution calling several witness's to the stand. During the testimony Kyle Bang listened intently and even took notes. He heard one witness tell jurors of how her Honda Odyssey got stolen from her driveway last August. She did say that she left the keys inside the car. Another witness testified that his computer, wallet, and his wife's purse was stolen from their garage that was left partially opened. The defense called two witness's to the stand as well.

Around 4:15 p.m. both sides rested their cases. Judge Thomas Deister told the jury that they would reconvene Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. where the jury will be given instructions, and both sides in the case will give their closing arguments.
