Harley Davidson enthusiasts banded together Saturday to honor a fallen rider by going on a Memorial Poker Run.

Charles Shilling died last August while riding on his Harley Davidson. The accident was caused by a careless driver. In honor of the tragic accident his mother, Mabel Saddaris, started the memorial run. The riders will travel through Delta and Cedaredge. Riders and friends also held an awareness rally to remind riders the importance of defensive driving. The Charles Shilling Memorial Poker Run is held every third week in August.
