As parents walk around the toy aisles this Christmas one local agency is hoping they will think of others this holiday season.
For the second consecutive year the Western Slope Food Bank of the Rockies is teaming with Olive Garden restaurant to present the "Giving Tree." People visiting the popular eatery can choose a tag from the tree which provides a wish list for a needy Grand Valley child. Food Bank director Starlene Collins says the gifts are priced so nearly anyone can afford to by one for a child.
The Giving Tree will be in the lobby of the Olive Garden at Mesa Mall from November 24th through December 17th.
