Firefighters have contained a shed fire in Fruita.

Firefighters have contained a shed fire in Fruita.
The fire started just after 1:30 p.m. in the 200 Block of Peach Street.
The fire completly destroyed the storage shed and melted some phone lines in the area and side paneling on a house near it. A neighbor that tried to keep the fire at bay with a garden house recieved minor burns to his arms.
