High School Newspaper Staff Striving For Color

It is not your ordinary assignment for the Fruita Monument High School newspaper staff. Saturday, they took on the task of writing a 20 chapter novel.

The novel will be distributed sometime in February to those who pledged money to the school's newspaper, The Catalyst. The money raised will be used to print the school's senior edition in full color.

The novel, which is a romance mystery, will be put into PDF Format and distributed via e–mail to those who pledged money, sometime this month. So far, the staff has raised two thousand dollars.
