A national clothing retailer could be opening its doors to Grand Valley shoppers next summer.
The Minneapolis based Opus Northwest LLC announced Thursday that Dillard's Department Store will be the anchor for it's 560,000 square foot retail center. The center, known as the Colorado River Marketplace, will be constructed on nearly 60 acres on the northeast corner of Interstate – 70 and 24 Toad.
The corporation will be announcing the arrival of more tenants in the next couple months, although the company still needs to get a zoning change to make it happen.
