An Olathe High School student is removed from school Thursday after administrators find a written threat that's apparently aimed at other students.
According to a RE-1J District Spokesperson Linda Gann, the student was called into the office and that's when administrators found a written threat containing other student's names. At this point the nature of the threat is not known but an investigation is underway.
Officials called the student's parents and the Olathe Police Department who will be conducting a threat assessment. The parents as well as the students who were named in the threat have also been notified.
Details about the student are not being released pending an investigation.
