A Mesa County family is moving into a brand new home, thanks in part to Habitat for Humanity of Mesa County.
The home was dedicated Saturday morning to Bridgett Schmitt. Schmitt, along with hundreds of other volunteers, put in hours of hard work and labor the past eight months to get the home constructed. It's the first home for Schmitt who is a mother of two young children.
Habitat for Humanity has built 33 homes for qualified families in Mesa County. Next week, Habitat will be dedicating another home in the Riverside Community.
