Boulder, Colo. (AP) A teenage girl facing adult charges for the death of her mother will not be allowed to attend the woman's funeral.
The guardian of 15-year-old Tess Damm asked a boulder judge to let the teen go to the service, but the judge denied that request.
The girl is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, accessory to a crime, and tampering with evidence in the death of 52-year-old Linda Damm.
Authorities found her body stuffed in the back of a vehicle late last month.
Damm's funeral will be private.
