If you're interested in government and in grades 8-12, the Mesa County Teen Leadership Commission is looking for you.
The commission advises the board of county commissioners on issues concerning teens including drug and alcohol abuse, with the goal of providing a safe and healthy future for area youth.
Members of the committee must commit at least six hours a month and applications are due April 16.
