County To Teach Residents How To Spot Meth Labs

Meth affects the entire community, it may even be manufactured in your neighborhood. But how can you tell?

Mesa County wants you to be able to spot meth labs. Stay Healthy and Alive, meth lab recognition and personal safety, is a free course designed to help you do just that.

The class takes a broad look at the dangers of meth, everything from how to recognize a meth user to the chemical hazards of meth labs will be covered.

Training will be held April 30th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Department of Human Services. The class is free for public service employees and $15 for all others.
