Being certified in CPR can help you save a loved one's life. That's the message from Mesa State College.
American Red Cross certified instructors were on hand at Liff Auditorium on Saturday to train dozens of residents in CPR. Experts say the numbers of sudden cardiac arrests are increasing every year in this country and the probability of coming across someone who needs CPR is high.
Students from the Mesa State Medical Sciences Club say events like today's are vital. The American Red Cross gives year round CPR classes. For more information call 242–4851.
