Atlanta (AP) Yolanda King, the daughter of slain civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Junior, has died.
Yolanda King was a stage and television actress. She died late Tuesday in Santa Monica, California.
She was born in Montgomery, Alabama in 1955, the eldest daughter of Doctor Martin Luther King Junior and Coretta Scott King.
A spokesman for the King Center in Atlanta says the family doesn't know for sure what caused her death but relatives think it might have been a heart problem.
Yolanda King was 51.
She is survived by three siblings: Bernice, Dexter and Martin Luther King III.
