Law enforcement agencies across Mesa County learned of a terrible accident as they were getting ready to kick off the Annual Click It Or Ticket Campaign. They say Thursday's double fatality should serve as a reminder to people just how important it is to buckle-up.

Last year 381 people died on Colorado highways, 231 of them weren't wearing seatbelts.
