Colorado Springs, Colo. (AP) A student at Eagle View Middle School in Colorado Springs is in custody for allegedly threatening to behead some of his classmates with a machete.

Police say the 14-year-old boy made comments that he wanted to use a machete, knife and sword to cut off the heads of particular classmates because he was angry at them.

Authorities say the boy told them he wanted to be like Adolf Hitler, and allegedly said he felt some kind of a connection to Virginia Tech gunman Seung-Hui Cho.

Cho killed 32 people on that school's campus last month before taking his own life.

The Eagle View student now stands accused of interference with an educational facility.
