The Bureau of Land Management is asking for the public's help in finding people who illegally dump their trash.
A white travel trailer was found early Tuesday morning that had been destroyed and dumped just off of Little Park Road. The trailer sat about thirty yards down a steep slope and a crew was out this morning cleaning up the mess.
Officials say this is a recurring problem on the Western Slope.
This incident will cost the tax payers of Mesa County seven hundred dollars, but if found the person will have to pay that money back.
If you see anyone illegally dumping trash try to get a license plate number and report them to officials.
