Former Palisade High School football star, Jason Popick, is facing charges again. This time for allegedly stealing an ex–girlfriend's underwear and trying to undress her.
Popick was arrested Thursday afternoon. He faces charges of second degree burglary, theft and harassment.
According to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, Popick entered his ex–girlfriend's house while she was in the shower, stole her underwear, and then tried to open her robe.
Popick is currently serving a work–release sentence for a previous assault on a different ex–girlfriend.
