18–year old Jamie Ciminelli's body was found near Evanston, Wyoming on June 3rd.

Two weeks earlier she was seen in the parking lot of the Delta recreation center being pulled out of a car by two men. The Delta Police Department responded, but the officer found no reason to file charges. Chief Bacher says, "Based on the call for service the officers went. There was a determination there was no criminal action that could be filed at that time and the contact was concluded."

11 News spoke with an employee from the rec center who says Jamie's car sat in the parking lot for almost two weeks. Chief Bacher didn't say how long the car was there, but did say it was impounded.
Last week the Delta Police tried to contact the owner of the car, but found out she is now deceased.

Right now no one knows why she was in Delta or who she may have been with. However, Jamie's boyfriend is being held on a failure to appear warrant in Wyoming. No one is calling him a suspect at this time.

If you have any information on this case contact the Delta Police Department at 874–7676 or the Uinta Sheriff's office at 307–783–1000.
