Mesa County law enforcement has a new communication tool. They're calling it 911 on Wheels.
It's designed to provide emergency communications during a natural disaster or a terrorist attack. The high tech van cost $600, and is equipped with satellite phones and its own weather station.
The van has a mast with a camera on top, to give them a bird's eye view of emergency situations.
Mesa County says they'll use the van at Country Jam next weekend.
