The search for a missing Grand Junction woman is scaling down.
For nearly three weeks volunteers with the Abby and Jennifer Recovery Foundation have been searching for 34–year–old Paige Birgfeld.
While searches in Northern Grand Junction turned up a few clues, this weekend's search in Delta showed no sign of the missing mother of three.
With less and less volunteers showing up everyday and the high cost of running the search, organizers have decided to close the command post and focus on small private searches.
But just because there's not a command post doesn't mean the foundation is giving up. Connie Flukey with the foundation says they will continue to search for Birgfeld until she's found.
If you are interested in searching call the Abby and Jennifer Recovery Foundation at 254–1567.
