The Montrose County Sheriff's Office was able to find a hunter who had been missing since Sunday.

Deputies say 40 year old Adam Kennon got lost from his hunting party Sunday night near Divide Road.

Crews searched for him late into the night and resumed looking for Monday morning. Those search crews included 25 people from Montrose County, Delta County Search and Rescue, and San Miguel County Search and Rescue.

They say Monday's rain and lightning storms threatened their search efforts, but fortunately they were able to find him just after 5pm.

Authorities say he was wet and cold when they found him, but had no serious injuries.
