Adoption Day for the Mustangs

The Posse Grounds were busy with bidders as fifty five mustangs were in the spotlight.

The silent bidding began at ten and lasted an hour. The starting bid was $125.00.

After the bidding was complete, forty four mustangs were adopted to locals and even people from states as far as Wisconsin and Nebraska.

The mustangs that did not get adopted will go to Canyon City and be put in the adoption ring and hopefully find a home.

The adoption success rate is very high for the Little Book Cliffs mustangs because they are known for having a gentler disposition, among many traits.

The highest bidder payed out $900.00 for a female red dun.
