Mother Wants Refund for Faulty Crib

A Basset crib bought at Target about six months ago broke after a nine month old kicked a slat.

The slat cracked leaving jagged, sharp edges.

When the mother of the baby went to return the crib, Target told her it was past ninety days and they couldn't refund the money. Target told her to contact the manufacturer.

The manufacturer told her they could send a replacement slat, not a crib, and she would have to go back to Target for compensation.

This mother feels she bought a faulty crib. She is thankful her little girl is okay but would like to see Target reimburse her for the almost four hundred dollars or a new crib.
