so glad we all have the right to sue. what would we do with all the free time if we couldnt drag people into court? there is alot more to this story than what has been released and yes im sure there is someone out there that has the correct and honest answers for any and all questions about this. sueing will take away all the grief and heartache.

Hey Delta- if there was exonerating evidence don't you think the (alleged) murderer would have presented it? All you apologists can keep trying, but for those of us in the real world....we have seen the truth. Reminds me of: "Who you going to believe? Me, or your lying eyes?" Who do you call when your in trouble and can't solve your own problems you created? THE POLICE!!! Not every officer is a bad cop as you may want to protray in this incident just as every person is not a bad person. Again an officer has a brief second to make a decision but most of you will never know this. I wasnt at the scene with this young man but there is generally more to the story then what people are saying and what is reported. We hear only a fraction of the details.

Shame on you! Grieving parents are hardly interested in a few dollars. Money cannot fill voids, God forbid you have to go through such a thing, how would you react? Pretend like nothing happened? I remind you these were officers in the city of Grand Junction, although not GJPD how can we be expected to trust any officer after the numerous black marks on GJPD's record over the last year including rape, harassment, false reports, vehicle accidents, and domestic violence. Why do I seem to be the only one upset these 'Officers' are payed by my tax dollars and now could potentially have murdered a man?

Really? We may have to take a step back and realize POLICE OFFICERS have a brief second to make a decison to protect himself and the community. Also were not in South Compton where our police officers look to hurt someone because he precieves he is a bad guy or take a life. Maybe just maybe he was out of control and made the officer feel threathened and like his life was in danger. Officers run to a situation where most of you people run from or call them for help.
