GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- Westbound Highway 50 was temporarily shut down after two cars collide.
The Colorado State Patrol responded to the crash at 32 Road and Highway 50 around 9:45 this morning.
Authorities say the accident involved a silver Mazda and brown Impala.
CSP was forced to close down westbound Highway 50 lanes and re-route drivers through 32 Road while the accident was cleared.
Our crew on scene says the male drivers of both cars were transported to the hospital by the Lands End and Grand Junction Fire Department crews.
CSP says they sustained minor injuries in the crash.
