DENVER (AP) -- Four new spills have been discovered in flooded Colorado oilfields, but high waters are keeping crews from starting cleanup operations.

The spills found Friday include 2,400 gallons from a toppled storage tank and almost 900 gallons from an unspecified source.

Oil spilled from two other damaged tanks but authorities did not know how much.

Most of the spills have come from tanks operated by Texas-based Anadarko Petroleum Co.

Other companies might have suffered similar problems since flooding began last week, but they haven't been able to assess their damage because of the flooding.

The number of people unaccounted for dropped to around 80. The death toll remained at seven, with three other people missing and presumed dead.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has approved $8 million in aid for homeowners.
