GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) Hilltop's Health Access is a certified Connect for Health Colorado assistance center.

Officials there say the biggest problem they are seeing is when people apply for financial assistance on the website, they are forwarded to the Colorado Peak benefits website.

Residents are complaining they do not get real time eligibility information about what their advanced premium tax credits will be..

Hilltop experts said Connect for Health Colorado will have a software fix in their system in early November to make the process easier.
