I DO realize that a person should be able to feel secure with leaving personal items unattended in their LOCKED VEHICAL, but unfortunately that hasn't been the case for almost as long as there has been vehicles. Locks are used to keep honest people honest, there only a challenge, and in most cases, a SMALL CHALENGE, for dis-honest people. Though it's unfortunate this [person] had their items removed and STOLEN, they need to ask themselves, WHAT DID THEY EXPECT? They might as well have just left the Items sitting on the sidewalk. Seems like a NO BRAINER to me.
