ASPEN, Colo. (AP) Pitkin County District Judge Gail Nichols is ordering the release of court files involving William Styler III and Nancy Styler to their defense attorneys.
The files ordered released Tuesday include search- and arrest-warrant information that has been sealed by court order since the investigation began on Feb. 26, when Nancy Pfister's body was discovered inside a closet at her West Buttermilk Road home.
Over the weekend, authorities arrested a third suspect in Pfister's death, 56-year-old Katherine Carpenter.
The Stylers rented Pfister's home until she returned home from traveling in Australia last month. Carpenter called police to report finding Pfister's body.
