Downtown Grand Junction is ready for the holidays

Grand Junction, Colo. (KKCO) – Friday was a special day downtown, as Old St. Nick made an appearance to turn on the Christmas lights.The event has become a tradition that helps put everyone in the holiday spirit.

This year is special because the city arranged for more lights to line the street than ever before, spending an extra $10,000 dollars.
