DENVER (AP) -- Marijuana driving limits are back before Colorado lawmakers, who are considering for the fourth time whether to set a blood limit to decide who's too stoned to drive.

This year's bill seeks to set an analogy to blood-alcohol limits for drivers. Pot limits have been considered before, but lawmakers haven't adopted them amid concern that blood tests can't fairly tell if drivers are impaired.

The DUI bill this year has a Democratic and a Republican sponsor. Both argued before the House Judiciary Committee that the motoring public needs a clear blood limit now that marijuana is legal for adults over 21.
