FBI looking for suspect with ties to Colorado

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. The FBI Albuquerque Division is seeking the public's help in locating a suspect who is wanted on federal drug charges and has ties to New Mexico, California, Colorado, Texas and Nevada, besides Arizona.

Maley is a white male, 6'1" tall, approximately 180-190 pounds, bald, with hazel eyes. He has several tattoos on his arms, including skulls, a cross and lightning bolts.

He may be driving an olive green Land Rover, Discovery Model, New Mexico license MSG-233.

A federal arrest warrant issued on November 13, 2013, charges Maley with distribution of methamphetamine and aiding and abetting.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

Law enforcement attempted to serve the arrest warrant at Maley's residence in Tucson on Sunday (11/17/2013), but he was not there.

Anyone who sees Maley or knows his whereabouts should not approach him, but should instead contact the Albuquerque FBI at 505-889-1300 (24 hours) or submit a tip online at https://tips.fbi.gov.
