GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Police approached what was supposed to be an unoccupied home with guns drawn after a report of an uninvited guest.
Grand Junction Police responded to a house on Hill Court at about 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday night. Sergeant Pua Utu believed the home was for sale and was supposed to be unoccupied.
A neighbor reported suspicious activity, and sure enough there was a man in the home.
His name hasn't been released, but he is charged with trespassing. Sgt. Utu also said the man has outstanding warrants.
