GJ services to close for the holidays
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – The city of Grand Junction trash collection will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. In addition, trash will be collected around 6:30 a.m. on Dec. 24 due to a noon closure of the Mesa County Landfill.
CRI Recycling will not have a collection on Dec. 25 and will be delayed on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. Thursday, Jan. 3 and Friday, Jan. 4 routes will be as usual that week.
Downtown parking spaces that have a red plastic bag on the meter will continue to be free through Jan. 1.
